Before opening the agency, Shahbaz spent nearly a decade climbing the ranks inside Farmers Insurance itself: first as a licensed insurance agent starting in 2010, then as a Recruiting Manager and Trainer, then as an Agency Business Consultant coaching other agency owners on how to grow profitably, and finally as a Sales Coach before going out on his own.
